Site development to update current on-site facilities and add additional as follows:

  • Modifying and refurbishing the existing baseball field with new grass and irrigation system;
  • Renovate existing bathroom facilities;
  • New parking lot with drop-off area;
  • New playground with shade canopy;
  • New skate park;
  • New Basketball Courts;
  • New park ramada with grills and water faucets;
  • New fire lane;
  • New park maintenance and storage;
  • New walking trial around the park;
  • Sidewalks;
  • Drainage improves.
