FALCO LLC is an aluminum extrusion manufacturer located at 1350 S 56th St., Chandler, AZ 85226, in the Lone Butte Development Park. FALCO desires to add a 14,400 square foot north westerly expansion (180’ x 80’) to its existing facility. The expansion will increase floor space to increase extrusion production and much needed space for work in process. Additionally, we will add 41 parking spaces to the existing property. There will not be a need to expand the current property line at this time.
FALCO now employs 115 people, operating three shifts during a 24-hour period. We are open Monday through Saturday. The expansion will increase our need to employ 20 or more individuals.
Agate Construction will be the general contractor on the project. Anticipated construction timeline is to begin construction in March 2024 and obtain Certificate of Occupancy in August 2024.
The Land Survey application has been submitted and will be reviewed concurrently with the Certificate of Compliance application.
